Scientific Libraries as a Resource for the Scientific and Technological Development of Russia

The journal "Proceedings of SPSTL SB RAS" is a keycommunication platform for discussing actual topical issues related to the activities scientific libraries and information centers that provide methodological support scientists specialists. These are actively discussed at library forums conferences, including annual conferences Russian Library Association (RLA). It brief report on meeting Section Special Scientific, Scientific-Technical, Research Technical Libraries (section 35), which took place XXVII Annual Conference RLA (Murmansk, June 11–17, 2023).
